I have to give credit because I don’t even like kale 😂🥬 I made these Buddha bowls using this recipe
and added Trader Joe's preseasoned chicken shawarma on top to balance it all together for a meal. I am so obsessed and all of a sudden I think I am a kale convert!! Belated post, but G and I made this together for Valentine’s Day dinner and husband says def one of top 5 meals we’ve made 🥳
When you are cooking the chicken make sure to do it on a baking rack as it helps all the juices drain off. And oh, adding a TJ mousse cake not the side never hurt. I seriously cant wait until they bring them back again!!!!
